We provide cloud hosting services, including but not limited to shared hosting, cloud instances, domain registration, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with or without notice.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Hosting malicious software, phishing sites, or botnets.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam).
  • Engaging in activities that overload our network infrastructure (e.g., DDoS attacks).
  • Hosting pirated content or engaging in copyright infringement.

Violation of these policies will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, passwords, and any action that occurs under your account. We strongly recommend using strong passwords and implementing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

5. Billing and Payments

All services are billed on a recurring basis unless designated as a one-time payment. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method on file remains active and valid. Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination.

6. Backups and Data Loss

While we may perform regular automated backups as part of certain plans, you agree to maintain your own local backup of all data hosted on our servers. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or hardware failure.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vivzon be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
