We are confident in the quality of our hosting. If you are not completely satisfied with our shared or cloud hosting services, you can request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund, please open a support ticket from your Client Portal or email us directly. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that the following products and services are strictly non-refundable:
Accounts that are terminated or suspended due to violations of our Terms & Conditions (such as spamming, hosting malicious content, or engaging in abuse) are entirely excluded from any refund guarantees.
If you choose to downgrade your hosting plan, no partial refunds or credits will be issued for the difference in plan pricing.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider will result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution. We highly recommend contacting our support team to resolve billing issues first.
If you meet the criteria and are within the initial 7-day period, please reach out to our billing team at support@ vivzon.cloud. Include your account details, invoice number, and reason for cancellation so we can process it promptly.
