Vivzon Cloud is operated by Vivzon Technologies, Mumbai, Maharastra, India 401203. This Refund Policy applies to eligible hosting services purchased from Vivzon Cloud.
If you are not satisfied with your first hosting purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days from the initial payment date. The guarantee applies to eligible hosting plan fees only.
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, paid SSL certificates, third-party licenses, setup fees, migration fees, add-ons, custom work, and usage-based or externally billed costs are non-refundable once provisioned or started.
To request a refund, contact support from your client portal or registered email and include your account username, domain, transaction reference, and reason for cancellation. We may verify account ownership before processing.
Approved refunds are initiated within 5-10 business days. Actual credit time depends on the payment provider, bank, card network, or wallet provider used for the original transaction.
Accounts suspended or terminated for spam, phishing, malware, illegal content, network abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or other Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
Refund eligibility is limited to one approved refund per customer, organization, payment method, or related account group, unless otherwise approved in writing by Vivzon Technologies.
